As a wedding photographer, I firmly believe that client gifting throughout the wedding planning process provides an unforgettable client experience. Today, on the blog, I am going to share the reasons why I think client gifting is essential for any wedding vendor.
1) Just To Say “Thank You”
After a client pays that initial invoice, I do not just go away and provide a low-quality brand experience; but, I love and care for them just to say “thank you.” Choosing a wedding photographer is a big deal, and, I want them to know they made the right choice, and, that I do not take my job lightly.
2) You Are Staying “Top Of Mind”
Since all of your client gifts should reflect your brand, and, what your ideal bride looks like, it is not going to be hard for that bride to remember you when someone else she knows gets engaged. Not only did you send a really awesome gift that provided excitement and comfort, but, you showed appreciation.
Below I am going to share with you some gifts I give throughout the wedding planning process.
1) My welcome gift consists of my engagement session style guide, along with some chocolates and a notebook.
2) I send a Starbucks giftcard two to three weeks before the wedding day; because, I know both the bride and groom need a little caffeine to get them through last minute planning.
3) After my images are edited and delivered, my thank you gift is a curated gift basket from Bliss & Bale.
xoxo, rebecca
