Being a professional photographer, I have a lot of business tasks that need timely management, along with the need to be helpful to all of the clients I encounter. This past January, I chose Honeybook for my client management system, because it allows me to do both. 

Honeybook allows me to manage my creative business by allowing me to create templates and workflows, while wowing my clients, because all of these amazing features are personalized and all in one place. 

The client does not have to move from Gmail to Agree to Paypal to GoogleDocs throughout the booking and planning process, they just have one simple website to remember. Also, I do not have to pay for as many monthly subscriptions.

For the client, the contact form is simple and very easy to use. The form can be embedded directly onto your website, and can be completely customizable with questions, font, color, etc. Since it is completely customizable with your brand, it looks super clean on your website. This allows you to wow your clients, because other contact forms can look ugly and do not necessarily go with your brand.

2) Personalized Brochure

Everything you send your clients should reflect your brand-from questionnaires, templates, and most of all, your pricing guide. I love how Honeybook allows you to personalize your pricing brochure by uploading your logo and banner, and allowing you to add your own images from weddings and sessions.

When a client is admiring your work while looking through their own, personalized brochure, they are more excited to book you as their photographer. 

3) Everything In One Location

When the client picks their package directly from their personalized brochure, then you can send them a proposal and invoice right through Honeybook, where they can digitally sign and pay from one location. This makes everything so easy for the client-no need to change websites, or have a certain app or computer program to open a contract. 

Also, the client has their own personal workspace on Honeybook-a place where they can see all of their documents at once.
