Over New Years weekend, Wilson and I decided to ring in 2018 by taking a little trip to one of our favorite places-St. Simons Island, Georgia. St. Simons is a cute, little Southern seaside town, where one can both play and relax. 

Our St. Simons Island, Georgia Highlights: 

-Our one-bedroom cottage. When Wilson and I go to the beach, we love renting homes from Airbnb-an online vacation rental company. One of the reasons I love Airbnb is that one can really immerse themselves in the culture of the community, all the while having the luxuries of home. This little beach cottage was perfect for two! 

-The food is definitely one of the highlights of St. Simons Island. You really cannot have a bad meal; there is so many local restaurants to try. Wilson and I’s favorites are Sandcastle Cafe and Palmers for brunch/lunch, and Crab Daddy’s and Crab Shack for dinner. 

-The business retreat. I used some of the time at St. Simons to make goals for my business, and, do my 2017 taxes. I love getting my taxes done as early as possible, so, I know how much I can spend on fun stuff;)

-Our shoot trade with Virginia Greene Photography. I loved getting some photos on the beach of Wilson and I, and, to shoot some in St. Simons Island, also.
