One of my goals for 2018 is to write more personal posts on the blog; I think it is so important for current and future clients to know about the girl behind the camera, and the legacy I want to live. In the new year, I am planning to share more about my vacations and adventures, my favorite paleo recipes, and my own personal way of building our own family legacy through albums, memorabilia, and photographs.
Today, I am going to share with you my favorite things to do in Downtown Greenville. Originally from Columbia, I moved here after I got married to a Greenville native, Wilson. You have probably seen a lot of Wilson on the blog, through our vacations and adventures together; but, one of our favorite things to do is to go to Downtown Greenville. We love the main street area, the cute shops, oh, and the fantastic ice cream.
Below are my top three:
1. Smoke on The Water is by far my favorite restaurant downtown! Even though they serve American barbecue, I always get their crab cakes with sides of squash casserole and fried mash-potato bites.
2. We love going to Falls Park. Even though the suspension bridge kinda makes me anxious (one can legit feel it move), I love strolling around the park. One of my favorite past-times is people watching, and, the park is a great place for that. Wilson, also, proposed on the suspension bridge.
3. We always end our date nights at Spill The Beans or Cream Shack, two of my most favorite ice cream places. I love any ice cream that has both strawberries and pieces of cheesecake in it.
xoxo, rebecca
