This May, in the midst of an extremely busy wedding season, Wilson and I decided to venture down to St. Simons Island, Georgia. This was the first time either of us had been there; and, this tiny, quiet beach town was exactly what we needed at the time. We spent our days there either eating at some amazing restaurants (Palmers and Crab Daddy’s are awesome), lounging by the beach eating goldfish, or sleeping at our beach house. 

Wilson and I are major foodies, so our favorite part about the whole trip was going out to the amazing local restaurants on the island. Another favorite part of the vacation was taking our pregnancy announcement pictures on our last day there with Lauren Imus. Not being a big fan of selfies, I love getting photos taken on vacation to remember our time there. I love the location to be something special and unique to that place; in this case, the lighthouse on St. Simons Island by the pier. I never thought the day would come that I would be taking my pregnancy announcement pictures…but it finally came! Wilson and I are just so excited to welcome a baby to our family!
